The Process

We welcome referrals from individuals, professionals, statutory services and community organisations. Please select the appropriate form. A member of Falcon Hub will contact the referrer within our stated response time.

All information is handled confidentially in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our safeguarding policies.

Self-referral:

• For individuals seeking support for themselves.

Professional referral

• For local authorities, social workers, police, healthcare professionals, schools, charities, and other agencies.

Wellness Centre Referral:

• Wellbeing sessions, workshops, healing programmes, and empowerment

Children and family referral:

Accommodation Referral:

• For support with access safe accommodation for women fleeing domestic

Consultancy & Training Referral:

• For organisations requesting staff training, consultancy or professional support
