Compassionate one-to-one guidance and practical support for individuals experiencing domestic abuse, recovering from trauma, emotional distress or difficult life circumstances. We provide assistance for women who feel they would like emotional support although not ready to leave.

A peaceful space dedicated to healing, restoration and personal growth. Through workshops, wellbeing activities and holistic support, we help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence. Providing access to education, training and empowerment and healing programmes.

Professional training, workshops and awareness programmes for organisations, professionals and communities, promoting trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and healthier relationships.
Safe Accommodation
Providing secure, welcoming accommodation for women who need a safe place to begin again. Our high-quality en-suite rooms offer privacy, comfort and stability while residents plan their next steps in a supportive environment.
